What is the YourRooms.com prices policy ?

YourRooms.com prices policy is well known to be the most agressive in the Internet Industry.We bring you the absolutely lowest rates available !

For your convenience and instead of others onlines compagnies, our rates are in USD and THB including all taxes and service charges, it means that you do not have to pay more !


How do I find and reserve a hotel with YourRooms.com ?

After you choose one of the destinations from the menu, you will see the selection of hotels. The hotels that YourRooms.com offer are in the 3-star to 5-star categories, and will usually have important features such as rooms, dining and recreational facilities, etc. Important amenities/facilities are shown with icons in the search results page, and any additional facilities will be listed on each hotel page.

Also, be sure to make your reservation for the full duration of your stay, in order to avoid the unavailability if you later decide to further your stay.


After I make my reservation, how long it takes to get hotel's confirmation ?

Within 2 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) .

When you make a booking with us, within 24 hours, you will receive our Order Acknowledgement via e-mail, confirming that your order is now being process. Please keep this e-mail, which will indicate your Booking No., for your reference.

At the same time we will contact our agents with your request. Assuming availability, a reservation is then made with your information confirming your booking and your credit card payment will be settled at this time as well.

Upon confirmation (usually within 2-working day), we will send you a hotel check-in voucher showing booking details via an e-mail. This voucher can then be presented upon check-in at the hotel.

Please be advised that your reservation request cannot be confirmed immediately. We will need 24 hours to process the booking/s. Once the reservation is processed and confirmed our staff will advise and make charges to your credit card immediately. If we are unable to confirm your bookings we will not process your credit card.

If you do not receive any mail from us within 2-working day after placing an order, please kindly contact us immediately at info@yourrooms.com


What if hotel that I selected is not available ?

You will be notified via an e-mail (within 2 working days after placing your order) and you will not be charged.

Moreover, when you make your reservation, we allow you to give us permission (see reservation form) to reserve another hotel at comparable standard and price.If your selected hotel is not available AND you give us your permission, we will do so and will notify you through an e-mail. In this case, your credit card payment will not be settled until we get confirmation from you.


Do I need a credit card to make a hotel reservation ?

Yes. All Bookings are on prepayment basis. For your convenience, YourRooms.com offers credit card payment directly from our web site. However, you will not be charged until we get confirmation from your selected hotel. We accept payment by Visa, Master Card., JCB and SCB.


When will I be charged ?

You will be charged only if your selected hotel is available. After receiving your order, we will check for hotel's availability. If your selected hotel is available, we will make reservation and your credit card payment will be settled on receipt by us of confirmation of availability from the selected hotel.


Whose name is the reservation made under ?

The hotel's reservation is made under your name. You can check-in with either a hotel check-in voucher or your passport (showing the same name as when you fill out our reservation form).


What is the latest time that I can make my reservation ?

We accept bookings that are made at least 3-working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) before the check-in date.


Are your hotel rates per room or per person ?

All of our listed rates are per room, NOT per person (unless otherwise specified). Moreover, there is no charge for children under 5 years old sharing a room with parents with no extra bed.


Is there any fee using YourRooms.com service ?

There is no charge to use YourRooms.com for reserving hotels and, in fact, you will usually save a lot of money by booking at our special rates.


Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel ?

The special rates listed on the YourRooms.com are only available through our service. If you would like to make a reservation directly with the hotel you will need to contact them directly.


What is your cancellation policy for hotel reservations ?

Cancellation

+21 - 14 Days before

There is a 5% administration charge.

13 - 7 Days before

There is a 10% administration charge.

6 - 3 Days before

There is a 25% charge by the hotel which we pass onto you.

2 - 0 Days before

The Hotel will charge the full amount.

Cancellations must be made in writing, quoting the booking reference number, either by Fax to +66 76238-887 or e-mail to booking@yourrooms.com.

A cancellation receipt will be sent to you with a cancellation code number. Please do not consider your booking cancelled until you have received the cancellation receipt.

No Show
If you do not cancel your booking and fail to check in to the hotel, the cost of one-night's stay plus the 5% or THB500 will be charged to your credit card.

Please Note: We reserve the right to levy full room charges for cancellations and no shows, in instances where the hotel stipulates the same in its own cancellation and no show policy.


What is Hotel Rating form ?

We also encourage you to send us a note upon your return from your trip and submit a Hotel Rating Form for the hotel(s) you stayed at. Your Hotel's Review will be shown at that hotel information page.
